Albuquerque Realtor Contracts SMB for SEO Services

Albuquerque, NM (November 6, 2006)—After a successful one month trial, Albuquerque real estate firm Sean Remington & Associates has contracted Louisville, Kentucky based SMB Consulting, Inc. to provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services. 

The deal is aimed at building awareness and attracting additional traffic to the website http://www.NMHomesOnline.com which provides home listings, tips, and guidance for individuals considering buying or selling real estate in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area.

During the trial period, Sean Remington & Associates witnessed online traffic increases of 75.0% from Google, 29.4% from Yahoo, and 5.0% from MSN versus the monthly average for the three months prior. In conjunction with the search based traffic increases, there were significant rankings improvements for targeted keywords.  "SMB Consulting is helping us build our online presence to get closer to our customers," said Sean Remington.  "We were impressed with Roger and his firm from the outset, and they have gained our trust," Remington continued.  "We realize we need to be proactive in marketing our agency, and this is a logical step to achieve that goal."
