First I’m sorry to hear what happened. I don’t know what I’d do if I was shut off from using Infusionsoft. I have always understood that SPAM had to do with unsolicited email. Obviously, from reading the text of your email, the list you sent to had no idea who you were. Again, according to my previous understanding, that would be SPAM. But I’ve never taken the time to review all of the laws. After visiting the FTC site, I’d have to concur that I can’t see anywhere a portion of the law that has to do with the receiver having previously opted in. I did notice that there are URL’s, phone numbers and emails if you have questions. If you’re that confident that your email wasn’t SPAM, perhaps you can contact one of those resources. I’m sure Infusionsoft would turn your account back on if the FTC themselves could verify that your email was NOT SPAM. Good luck!
