WTF Infusionsoft? by Concerned Joe https://smbconsultinginc.com/2009/12/10/can-spam-compliance-spam-anyway-wtf-infusionsoft/#comment-257 Fri, 11 Dec 2009 14:53:39 +0000 http://smbconsultinginc.com/blog/?p=740#comment-257 Wow. First I’m sorry to hear what happened. I don’t know what I’d do if I was shut off from using Infusionsoft. I have always understood that SPAM had to do with unsolicited email. Obviously, from reading the text of your email, the list you sent to had no idea who you were. Again, according to my previous understanding, that would be SPAM. But I’ve never taken the time to review all of the laws. After visiting the FTC site, I’d have to concur that I can’t see anywhere a portion of the law that has to do with the receiver having previously opted in. I did notice that there are URL’s, phone numbers and emails if you have questions. If you’re that confident that your email wasn’t SPAM, perhaps you can contact one of those resources. I’m sure Infusionsoft would turn your account back on if the FTC themselves could verify that your email was NOT SPAM. Good luck!

You can have an amazing product but if your service is poor the customers will vote with their feet.

The best advice I can give is to always over deliver so your customers will be pleasantly surprised.

Comment on Video: Using Summize as a Research Tool by Kansas City DJ https://smbconsultinginc.com/2008/08/13/video-using-summize-as-a-research-tool/#comment-174 Tue, 21 Jul 2009 21:57:18 +0000 http://smbconsultinginc.com/blog/?p=359#comment-174 The most useful feature is opinion search on music band, actor, book, song, consumer electronic, etc.). If you are looking to buy an item and want to read user opinion about it. Summize can look up for you and literally summarizes in 1 color chart.

Summize also adds 2 more services for trends search in book, music, etc.. and Twitter search.
