The numbers have been crunched, and things are moving ahead at a decent pace. A couple of options to consider that your feedback will greatly help in determining the ultimate immediate short-term direction for the REMO Training program.

The REMO Training (physically delivered package) will cost $497 for the first 100 people who purchase it, and it’s a one time deal. The second wave, to be ordered from the fulfillment company as soon as the first one sells out, will cost $797. I’m blatantly rewarding you early birds with a substantial one-time discount for taking rapid action because I appreciate those who act swiftly.

I’m also mulling over offering an ongoing coaching program should there be enough demand. That would cost $197/month for six installments or a pre-pay-in-full option of $997 (you’d save $185). Even though there isn’t a physical product involved, a coaching program requires a LOT more logistical work and coordination so it’s worth more primarily due to the time commitment.

The coaching program would feature weekly conference calls (with Q&A sessions at the end) and “homework” assignments along with an additional 6 month’s access to all of the recorded resources (including anything added for the next group of students) after the initial six month period is over so you’re essentially getting a year’s worth of training materials. There is plenty of material to cover so it may be a case of what works best for you.

A third option: purchase the home study course AND the coaching program for $1,497 (one lump payment) or 6 monthly installments of $297.

So that brings me to this (drum roll please): which appeals most to you?

A) Home study course (physical product)

B) 6 month coaching program (with 12 months worth of access)

C) The “Combo” pack

If it’s (B) the coaching program, I’ll rapidly shift gears so we can start that as early as next week. 🙂

Let me hear from you in the comments section below.

PS–any one of these options costs far less than it would cost to outsource the first month of your SEO and/or Social Media Marketing services so keep that in mind as you mull it over.  If you have an assistant, any one of these training options would be a great opportunity for them to contribute more to your business.  The same is true if you happen to have a lot of downtime right now because the market is soft–you could learn a new set of skills that translates across multiple industries should you desire to add to your income through something on the side.  Any way you slice it, you can emerge from the pack way ahead.

I just completed the keyword research training module for the real estate marketing optimization training product I’m producing.  There are a few finishing touches to add, but it’s already 1 hour and 50 minutes long.  I have held nothing back in the keyword module as it is the cornerstone to an effective optimization campaign.

If you haven’t commented to win a free copy of this training, I highly encourage you to do so.  Somebody is going to gain access to some powerful knowledge, and it could be you!  🙂

FREE SEO Training!

Free SEO trainingAs you may already know, I’m in the midst of producing a marketing optimization home study training package for the real estate industry. The material applies to any industry, but real estate is featured more prominently throughout. I’ve reached a bit of a sticking point and could really use your help.

The videos and accompanying book, workbooks, and future live teleseminars will focus on search engine optimization and social media “optimization” (not sure that’s the proper term but oh well). With that in mind, what would you MOST like to learn about in relation to SEO and how to leverage social media for your business? Post your thoughts below this entry in the comments section.

The winner will receive a free copy of my training to download in advance of its public release. You’ll also receive the physical version at no charge once it is shipping.

Collectively, this training costs $1,594 when I teach it live ($797 for SEO and $797 for Social Media) so I believe this “contest” offers quite a bit of potential value. The home study version won’t cost $1,594, but I haven’t settled on an initial price yet.  I do know the price will be going up substantially three days after the initial launch so it’ll save you quite a bit of money to get in on it early. If you have an opinion on how much you’d be willing to pay for this type of training, feel free to include that in your comment(s) although it’ll have no bearing on the outcome of “contest.”

Oh, judging is based on my opinion of how difficult or “ground breaking” the suggestion happens to be. 😉 That means there is no right or wrong answer.

Thanks in advance for your response(s).

PS–If you’re not in real estate, that’s all right–you’re eligible, too.

Very early real estate marketing survey results

Yesterday, I sent many of you a link to a brief real estate marketing survey.  I’ve gotten some responses, and there is a consensus on a few items.

The most “alarming” is that no one who responded is happy with what they’re getting out of their business.  Furthermore, 75% are not generating enough income to support themselves/their family.  Ruh roh! Great information to know so thank you for sharing, but I have some serious work to do to help you all.  🙂

Half of you stated you’d like to convert more leads to sales (we can work on that), and the lowest average rating for the multiple category question is search engine rankings which means you’d like to improve your search rankings most of the items presented. That is good news for me as I prepare the real estate marketing training package because it tells me there is a need for this product, and I know I can help you.

Anyway, if you haven’t completed the survey, here’s a link to it:

Real Estate Marketing Survey

I’d appreciate as much feedback as possible to make sure the training package totally meets your needs.  Once you complete the survey, there’s another free report to download at the end.  Eventually, I’ll turn this survey into a report and send it out to those that have confirmed their registration for “The State of Online Search for Real Estate.” (If you haven’t gotten your copy, that’s a free report, too by the way.)

Today, I have created a video that speaks directly to the real estate industry as I am in the middle of a large prospecting campaign which targets real estate professionals.  Even if you are not in the real estate profession, this video may help you carve out a nice little niche within your market.
