Seth points out an interesting phenomenon where a leader is “discovered” then suddenly disappears when the competition figures it out to present a better alternative and what happens because of that.
Lesson to be learned: even if you’re on the right track and have something special, keep on keeping on! If you rest on your laurels, you’ll eventually be run over.
