Of late, I’ve been kicking around the idea of offering a coaching program in one or all of the following:

• Business planning and development from A-Z for people contemplating starting their own business or those just starting out
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Low budget marketing techniques for the small business owner

The coaching program would feature:

• Weekly conference call with all members present to ask questions, share stories, and get pointers and tips on things they’re struggling with.
• Weekly lesson, assignment, and potential quiz
• One-on-one call to discuss each individual situation per request (in other words, I wouldn’t automatically call unless there was an expressed desire to talk privately)

I could use some feedback on this.

If you could spare two minutes to answer the following questions, it would help greatly:

1. What problems do you struggle with most as a business owner or potential business owner?
2. If you haven’t started your own business but have been thinking about it, what is holding you back most?
3. If you own your own business, what is the #1 hurdle you face in growing it?
4. Would you be interested in learning, or sponsoring someone to learn, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with the focus on generating more leads for your business?
5. If you were to enroll in a program such as the one outlined above, what would you be willing to pay each month for it?
